Roll growth position, terms 2–4. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate teacher who is able to work collaboratively. Strengths in teaching early literacy and numeracy are essential and a willingness to explore play-based learning is desirable. School Administrator Position

Location: Seatoun, Wellington

Type: Full time (Term time only), Permanent

Seatoun School is looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic person, or people, to be our new Office Administrator. We are a large, dynamic school that is very much the hub of our community and we are looking for someone with excellent PR skills to be the ‘face’ of our office.

The ideal applicant will:

§  Be completely reliable with the highest level of integrity.

§  Have strong organisational skills and an ability to meet deadlines at all times.

§  Be able to multitask and work as part of a team.

§  Had experience with accounts and associated tasks.

§  Be willing to learn new skills and tasks, with many utilising computer software.

§  Be proficient and accurate with Word, Excel and publishing newsletters and documents.

§  Display a high degree of confidentiality.

§  Willing to undertake medical room duties.

§  Have a pleasant and confident interpersonal manner, conducive to a friendly school environment.

Hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant, but would ideally be 8.30am -3.30pm, Monday to Friday during term time and very minimal hours during term holidays (appx 4 hours).
